Swedish composer Ylva Skog has just finished the work on Four Shadows for violin and piano. The pieces influenced by jazz and latin music are written especially for Bjorn Kleiman and Sholto Kynoch who will also give the world premiere at The Forge Venue in Camden on 6 November 2011.

Björn Kleiman's latest CD with the complete works for violin and piano by German composer Harald Genzmer is now available from all major retailers around the world. The double disc is released by Thorofon, Belle Musica, Germany and was recorded last year with the excellent young pianist Martin Sturfält. Please check dicography for more info.

The Kleiman Klöfver Duo's concert in Husie, Malmö on 27 July 2010 has been moved to 26 July 2011. The duo will now give a special recital at Barsebäck Golf & Country Club on 27 July 2010 at 8pm instead. More info here.

Björn Kleiman will give a special recital at Villa San Michele on the isle of Capri in Italy. The concert, given together with the excellent young pianist Martin Sturfält, one of the most versatile and sought-after Swedish musicians of his generation, will include the world premiere of a new work by Swedish Composer Anna-Lena Laurin, written especially for the duo.

Björn is to record the complete works for violin and piano by German composer Harald Genzmer (1909-2007) together with the pianist Martin Sturfält. Thorofon has already published over 10 CDs with Genzmer's music and this disc will be released in the autumn 2010.
